I am very excited to see our new website. While it is still a work in progress, the work that has been accomplished to date by Staff is impressive and is taking IHRIM in the right direction.
You may also have received your Members Annual Report. This is our way to let you know what Staff and volunteers have accomplished in the past year and give you a view into what we are looking to do in the coming year.
We have some exciting plans, new free webinars for members, new books, new educational programs and the HRIM Foundation.
Your Board of Directors has added an additional meeting to our calendar as well. We are setting new direction and strategies for IHRIM that are focused on increasing membership and revenue.
This is a very exciting time for our organization, and I am proud to be serving you as your Chair.
We have our first Board Meeting of 2008 this weekend. I will update my blog with news from the meeting.
